Simon Sinek: very inspiring conference about "value driven" leadership (is there another kind?).

"They don't buy what you do, but why you do it. (...) They buy what you believe".

How the brain is aligned with the golden circles. About loyalty. Apple's example, and why Langley did not succeed in front of Wright brothers: really inspiring!. The curve of innovation, TiVO and Martin Luther King.

His Bio from http://www.ted.com/speakers/simon_sinek.html: Student in anthropology, convinces people to do what inspires them. Worked in advertising, started Sinek Partners in 2002, now helping his friends and their friends to find their “why” . Sinek also contributes to several efforts in the non-profit sphere. He writes and teaches a graduate-level class in strategic communications at Columbia University.
